HOW TO ORDER WITH US AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday using Royal Mail 1st Class or our Courier service. Once your order is sent out, we will either email you a tracking reference so that you can make sure there is somebody there to sign for the delivery, or provide you with an approximate delivery date if sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Items are usually received within 2-4 working days of placing your order.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We are able to send most of our products overseas, the cost of which will depend on the weight of your delivery. If your country isn’t listed please email info@vitaminliving.com for more information. Delivery times will vary depending on location. If you urgently need your product then please email info@vitaminliving.com preferably before placing your order, and we will endeavour to find the cheapest courier price for you.

PAYMENT

PRICES
Prices are in £ and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

SECURE PAYMENT

We work with Protx, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK, fully approved by all major UK acquiring banks.

We accept the following cards:

Visa, Visa Debt, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express

We do not store credit card details on our website. Instead, once you click PURCHASE, after completing your order details, you will be transferred to the secure VeriSign SSL certified PROTX site, where you enter your payment details. Please ensure that your billing address matches the address at which your payment card is registered.

We can also take payment through PayPal. This is a very safe and easy way to make an online payment.

RETURNS
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or refund the value of the goods to your original payment card. When returning goods, please let us know by email info@vitaminliving.com We recommend that you send any items by registered mail or obtain a receipt of posting - as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.

REFUNDS
On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods. We do not normally refund the cost of your postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part. Refunds are made to the original payment card charged.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a statutory right to cancel your contract any time up to 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Simply email us at info@vitaminliving.com with the details. If you cancel your contract once your order has already been delivered you will be responsible for returning the goods to Vitamin at your own cost.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect from you lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not hold credit or debit card details.
